MAJOR MILESTONE IN GHANA’S REAL ESTATE FUTURE 

Louv Ford and Dez Gerald, Co-Founders of ACRELS Inc, on July 21, 2025 had the honor of meeting with CEO of REAC, Mr. Emmanuel Jeffrey, and Hon. (Mrs.) Gizella Tetteh-Agbotui, Deputy Minister for Works, Housing and Water Resources.

On this historic day, we officially applied for our real estate licenses with REAC, taking a major step forward in aligning ACRELS with Ghana’s regulatory framework. Louv and Dez are the first Diaspora and siblings in the world to go through this process.

But this moment was bigger than paperwork…

• We are building bridges between Ghana’s government and the global Diaspora.
• We are working hand-in-hand with REAC to sanitize the real estate sector and establish transparent, accountable systems.
• And we are creating a pathway for Diaspora professionals to become certified, and or licensed real estate agents, both for a career and for those relocating to Ghana.

This is just the beginning.
